I started watching Netflix’s Big Mistakes and it has me laughing out loud. One reviewer on Tik Tok compared it to a mashup of Schitt’s Creek and I love LA vibes, so I am not surprised I am majorly loving it so far. I am also thoroughly enjoying The Comeback: Season 3 on HBO. Valerie Cherish is a gem.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m becoming a bit of a night owl. I’ll always be a morning person at heart, but solo entrepreneurship has a way of stretching the day beyond traditional hours. I am loving this laptop desk for my bed. I use it morning and night when it’s been a long day or a long week.

On this note, I stayed up to watch the Oscars while scrolling for red carpet looks and to rewatch Misty Copeland’s performance. My best dressed of the night are probably not surprising, but WOW they are SO good.

March is my birthday month, and I treated myself to some “new” jewelry from Catnip Antiques, which I discovered via Tik Tok. I polished the pendants up and they’re ready to slide on sterling silver collars passed down to me recently. And I got some great brooches. I’ll definitely be returning to the shop, which is brimming with interesting finds—from home accessories to nostalgic games I remember from childhood, and cabinets filled with jewelry, among many other treasures.

Speaking of birthday jewelry, I was so excited to unexpectantly stumble upon three pieces I received as gifts long ago as a little girl but thought I had lost. One is a small oval locket, and another is an aquamarine ring, which fits my pinky currently. I plan to use both as necklace charms. I also found my ID bracelet which still fits.

If you’re looking for actual new jewelry pieces for spring and summer, I always love to see what Blair Eadie is wearing. And fun fact - Lizzie Fortunato and I crossed paths at Paul Wilmot Communications - while I was in the lifestyle department, she was in the accessories department. I’ve followed her and her sister’s brand from the very beginning and have collected a few of their pieces over the years.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at White Wine & Butter and the award-winning restaurant’s fried chicken majorly lived up to the hype. It was incredible AND prepared gluten free, so my husband enjoyed fried chicken for the first time in what feels like decades. There was so much more on the menu I wanted to try, and they thoughtfully cater to food allergies and dietary restrictions, so we will be back.

My best friend treated me to dinner (thank you Taylor!) for my birthday, and I enjoyed one of the tastiest meals I’ve had in quite a while, which was the Miso Glazed Salmon at Plank at Bridgeway Station. It was beyond delicious and I ate every last bite. We started with oysters and they were also fantastic.

John Galliano has signed a deal with Zara. “Mr. Galliano will be working directly with garments from Zara’s past seasons, deconstructing and reconfiguring them into new seasonal expressions and creations,” said Zara via a press release. “Guided by a couture process and authorship, the collections will be released seasonally over the course of the partnership beginning in September 2026.”

Speaking of Zara, while I haven’t purchased anything from there in a while, these pants I picked up probably a year or so ago are worn repeatedly.

“Wuthering Heights” made its highly anticipated premiere and from the glimpses I have seen, the costumes are spectacular. And Margot Robbie’s press tour looks have been killer. Along with the new movie also comes new collaborations and inspirations: Lingua Franca partnered with Warner Bros. Pictures to create a limited-edition collection, Dear Annabelle celebrated its release with two sets of notecards, a gorgeous notepad set, and a set of place card, all inspired by the film, H&M introduced a 10-piece collection, and Bloomingdale’s revealed an AQUA collaboration inspired by gothic romance.

Available as of yesterday on Netflix, “Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model,” will reveal the drama behind the hit and controversial show. I will be watching it - will you?

And speaking of sports, the Winter Olympics are underway. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been completely mesmerized by figure skating costumes. I had my own skating dress (red with bright 80’s-esque colorful shapes and zigzags) - complete with crisp white skates I begged for and received as a present, I thought I was on my way to being the next Nancy Kerrigan. World champion and Olympic figure skater Deanna Stellato-Dudek competed in two custom Oscar de la Renta looks for the Canadian National Skating Championships and the 2026 Olympic Winter Games.

Anna Wintour and her successor Chloe Malle sat down for their first joint interview. There has been a lot of chatter around this – especially their responses to a budget-related question. Malle releases her first print issue of American Vogue on Feb 24.

When I lived in NYC, I had the privilege of volunteering at the Museum of Modern Art to help with the weekend family programming. Arriving on Saturday mornings when the museum was completely empty was often surreal and with my MoMA badge, I got to visit all NYC museums for free. I will always remember that volunteer experience. Now through the 18th, families can immerse themselves in Family Festival: Color Play, where visitors can pick a hand-drawn flower to color in and take home as part of “A Line Florist” by Anna Bruder, use algal-based window clings by Other Matter to arrange shapes to create a giant work of art, enjoy roving puppets by Simple Mischief, move to a dance party with DJ Suga Ray, and more.
